Good collages start with beautiful paper. Learn to make your own amazing collage material to bring your collage and mixed media work to the next level. Each session will focus on a different way to approach color, mark making with paint, printmaking, and other fun, low stress techniques for making beautiful art papers. Each class will feature a high quality demo video and examples from many artists working in collage and painting for ideas and inspiration. Class participants will also have access to a private online sharing platform to share their work and interact with their classmates.
We will meet weekly on Zoom, Thursdays in August from 3 - 5 pm PST
